About the role
- Support and lead the deployment of robotic systems in manufacturing facilities
- Identify and implement robotization opportunities to support growth and scalability in low-volume production environments
- Act as the main interface between factory operations and digital technology teams
- Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality robotic systems
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities
- Ensure proper integration of robotic and automation systems with enterprise platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in robotics implementation, automation, or manufacturing project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering robotic/automation projects in factory environments
- Strong understanding of robotic systems (collaborative robots, industrial arms, AGVs, sensors, actuators & related hardware)
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean principles, and digital transformation tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
