About the role
- Manage third‑party warehouse provider (CEVA)
- Day‑to‑day management of the CEVA relationship, ensuring service levels are met and that spend delivers value for money
- Lead regular operational reviews and escalate or resolve issues in a timely manner
- Track and manage performance against agreed KPIs, driving accountability when standards are not met
- Identify and implement process improvements, working collaboratively with CEVA to embed better ways of working
- Coordinate with internal PC Parts teams globally where warehouse activity has wider impact
- Ensure operations remain compliant with international regulations, GE policy, and legal requirements
- Manage the logistics flow from supplier collection through to customer delivery, including customs and export/import requirements
- Resolve issues along the supply chain promptly, keeping customer impact front of mind
- Take ownership of inventory accuracy across the European central warehouse
- Maintain and develop KPIs, tools, and reports that provide clear visibility of operational performance
Requirements
- Educated to degree, HNC level, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Practical experience in inventory/materials management and international logistics
- Working knowledge of export/import procedures
- Experience with an ERP system
- Understanding of warehouse management and stores procedures
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel or data management tools
