About the role

  • Partner with the Global Accounts Leader to define, document, and continuously improve standard processes for global account management.
  • Roll out new processes globally, including preparing communication materials, training content, and documentation.
  • Monitor adherence to established processes, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop, update, and maintain tools (e.g., templates, dashboards, trackers) to support the Global Accounts community.
  • Coordinate the annual and ongoing global account planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
  • Track progress against account plan objectives and key performance indicators; provide regular updates to the Global Accounts Leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, key account management support, or similar commercial roles in a B2B environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel dashboards, BI tools) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior commercial leaders or cross-regional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage, depending on region.
