About the role
- The Aero Engineering Leader is accountable for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of Aero products and offerings.
- Leads the ITR engineering teams that define and execute all technical aspects of bids and won projects.
- Owns Aero systems, accessories and packaging, including standard and customer specific offerings.
- Directs post COD services support and industrialization of key components transitioned from Aerospace.
- Set and execute the Aero engineering strategy across ITR, design, validation, services and repair.
- Lead engineering for bids and tenders, including solution architecture, risk assessment and technical governance.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality technical execution of projects, meeting safety, quality, schedule and financial objectives.
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for repair and spare parts industrialization of key components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of technical leadership, including leading multi-disciplinary teams and large programs.
