About the role

  • Lead the deployment team responsible for digital transformation in manufacturing and repair shops
  • Create strong working relationships with DT and functional partners
  • Responsible for overall deployment strategy across GSC products
  • Manage, coordinate, and coach site DT project managers and support teams
  • Establish standard, global communication strategy for user feedback
  • Empower the deployment team and educate through Gemba experiences
  • Coordinate work across multiple DT and functional teams to deliver critical outcomes
  • Partner with business & IT teams to recommend best practices for process improvement
  • Use judgment to make decisions on complex tasks in operations and technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technology, information systems, or information technology
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience with established leadership credentials
  • Significant experience in Digital Technology, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, and Technical Product Management
  • Strong program management and organizational skills
  • GE/GEV Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience
  • Proven experience of working with executive level stakeholders to define overall DT strategy
  • Experience managing budgets including annual budgets and large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Strong team player, collaborates well to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
