About the role

  • Responsible for mentoring the Product Service team and providing direct technical support to global GE Vernova customers
  • Resolving customer technical inquiries and mentoring the team through complex engineering response (ER) cases
  • Communicating GE Vernova technical guidance and business risk to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Leading or supporting complex operability root cause analyses (RCA) investigations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct experience with GE/Alstom accessory and/or plant systems
