About the role

  • partner with internal and external cross functional stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives across SQDC priorities for Configured Systems commodity team
  • define, improve and enable processes and standard work, ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • manage complex issues within functional area of expertise
  • be involved in long term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools
  • review and improve processes
  • leverage Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements and waste elimination
  • lead complex projects with multiple internal cross functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-5 years of experience in Sourcing
  • Prior experience working in a complex global matrixed organization
  • Prior experience in lean six sigma problem solving methodology and driving continuous improvement projects
