About the role
- Lead Talent Acquisition process in NAM for GSC
- Contribute to regional and global TA strategy
- Recruit, develop, and mentor Talent Acquisition Managers
- Inspire and manage a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce
- Lead sourcing and pipeline strategies for diverse talent
- Leverage labor market insights and internal data for decision-making
- Build trusted relationships with HR and senior leaders
- Foster cross-regional collaboration and drive continuous improvement
- Keep abreast of changing employment laws, trends, and policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of recruitment professionals
- Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed talent acquisition teams
- Passion for people, inclusion, and building engaged, high performing teams
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage teams
- Proven experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries
- Experience leading talent attraction strategies for hourly labor populations
- Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
- Ability to navigate matrixed, global organizations
- Track record of delivering innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
- Strong analytical capability using data, metrics, and labor market insights
- Demonstrated agility, resilience, and tenacity in evolving environments
- Experience introducing and scaling new tools, technologies, and processes
- Strong understanding of local and regional employment legislation
- Fluency in English is required
