About the role
- Formulate and execute strategies and sales agreements.
- Develop deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
- Assist in customer negotiations.
- Identify new opportunities to develop products and services.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
- Make decisions within a defined framework.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the T&D Industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Application Sales
- Availability to travel extensively
