About the role

  • Own and execute the North American sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and expansion of existing utility and system operator accounts
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with ISOs/RTOs, regulatory stakeholders, and Utilities
  • Lead sales cycles, including RFPs, pilots, evaluations, and contract negotiations
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet North American grid planning requirements
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on utilities, grid software, or power system technologies
  • Proven track record selling software solutions to Utilities, ISOs/RTOs in the U.S. and Canada
  • Strong understanding of North American system operator and utility planning processes
  • Experience navigating regulated markets, public procurement, and utility governance structures
  • Existing relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, or grid planning stakeholders in North America
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
