About the role
- Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.
- Interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests
- Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project
- Negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to any issue arising
- Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract
- Proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision
- Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
- Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers and team integrations
- Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Requirements
- advanced experience in the Services & Contract Performance Management (CPM) for roles outside of the USA
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in USA
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
