About the role

  • Support identification and review of relevant tenders and opportunities in coordination with Sales.
  • Coordinate proposal schedules, milestones, and internal review checkpoints; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Gather and consolidate inputs from SMEs, Delivery, Finance, and Sales into approved proposal templates.
  • Draft and structure proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and deal review process/compliance.
  • Source, maintain, and curate CVs/resumes, ensuring the latest versions are available, correctly formatted, and aligned to customer requirements.
  • Maintain and refresh the proposal content library, including resumes, case studies, templates, and standard language.
  • Maintain and update a partner database, including partner capabilities, resumes, and engagement history, to support proposal development.
  • Coordinate pricing inputs and support preliminary commercial alignment with Commercial Operations.
  • Manage version control, documentation hygiene, and BOX organization for active and archived proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SFDC updates for proposal status, milestones, and required fields.
  • Support post-submission reviews, win/loss analysis, and incorporation of lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve proposal quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, project support, or commercial operations.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • The ability to explain and document complex technical concepts and requirements simply and clearly.
  • Experience building and/or interpreting proposals, quotes, SOWs, RFQ/RFP.
  • The ability to coordinate, navigate, and manage expectations across multiple businesses, internal and external stakeholders, and customers.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and/or ERP tools preferred.
