About the role
- Lead sourcing initiative activities
- Work with the ES Sourcing leadership to develop strategy
- Coordinate sourcing efforts, policies and tools
- Execute special initiatives
- Partner with GE Vernova functional stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, Business Sourcing, Operations, Supply-Chain, Corporate, and other functions
- Drive TCO reduction while delivering excellent service levels
- Oversee metrics management and reporting
- Manage contractor and spend activities
- Foster team engagement
- Advise sourcing managers
- Support ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Significant experience in the Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives
- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Master degree preferred
- Strong analytics skills
- Experience with advanced Excel, power point, and BI tools
