About the role

  • Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and good understanding of the Data Centre industry
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services
  • Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s)
  • Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers
  • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing
  • Perform periodic account reviews with management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR (High School Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of direct sales, Channels sales, account or team leadership experience)
  • 10 Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time as required
  • 5 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
