About the role

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations: - preparing and organizing interventions; - carrying out checks of scheduled interventions in accordance with defined work procedures; - following procedures and operational check methods, performs visits and inspections on the wind turbine while integrating safety measures; - identifying and diagnosing malfunctions or breakdowns and defining corrective actions
  • Manage inventory: - taking inventory of spare parts and tools; - defining and anticipating needs for spare parts and tools; - inventorying vehicles and tracking mileage
  • Capture and share information, communicate with other technicians and propose improvements: - completing and updating documents in connection with technical support; - reporting interventions to management; - proposing improvements to the work tools; - supervising subcontractors
  • Comply with and apply the company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules

Requirements

  • You hold a BTS/DUT/Licence (or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or possess equivalent experience/knowledge
  • You have prior experience in this field
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to work at heights
  • BZEE/GWO training/certification is an asset
  • Holding a first aid certificate is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high professional and quality standards
  • You demonstrate initiative and motivation
  • French mandatory; English recommended
