About the role

  • Services Repair wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
  • Outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics.
  • Follow up on event management & tools issues as they arise and work on resolution.
  • Applicant might be attending customer meetings and site visits.
  • Support on signed contracts execution.
  • Significant on-the-job learning within the commercial functions and other areas of power services, giving you exposure to different markets, products, and leaders.

  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy, including market analysis, market opportunities identification, and execution of the sales growth plan.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets.
  • Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers’ and sales team requirements.
  • Build and present the Risk & Opportunities analysis and the associated risk mitigation plans alongside the Sales Managers.
  • Support customer negotiations; ensure deals deliver shareholder value to contribute positively to sales, orders, and profitability.
  • Receiving formal mentoring and coaching by senior management.

Requirements

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Fresh graduates up to 4 years of experience.
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
  • Basic power generation and gas turbine knowledge is preferred.
  • Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Record of achievement with a passion to achieve positive business results.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set.
  • Adaptable and open to change.
  • Active listener with good communication skills in English.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive with high level of integrity.
  • Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
