About the role
- Perform project execution activities for Advanced Nuclear projects focusing on quality control of the procurement activities.
- Work proactively with suppliers to define specific quality requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to suppliers toward assuring product/process compliance.
- Execute supplier quality surveillance program for New Reactor activities.
- Disposition of supplier non-conforming products.
- Write and review technical quality documents, plans and procedures.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections of equipment, components, or systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering support or working in a nuclear quality assurance related capacity.
- Willing and able to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).
- Knowledge of Nuclear customers, industry programs and competitive environments.
- Previous or Current Quality Lead Auditor certification.
- 3 years of experience in Nuclear quality role.
