About the role
- Define and own global material flow standards from warehouse to production and WIP
- Design and govern standard supply models (kanban, supermarket, kitting, line-side stock)
- Define standard production consumption logic (backflush, bulk, manual consumption)
- Define global rules for kanban management and replenishment logic
- Own the global WIP model (definition, tracking, valuation, aging)
- Act as central business owner for SAP (WM)/MM/PP material flow processes
- Govern physical vs system flow alignment across plants
- Define and monitor global KPIs (material availability, WIP value, missing parts)
- Lead process standardization and deployment across factories
- Support plants during implementation and continuous improvement
- Build and coordinate a key-user and process-expert network across sites
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineer
- Experience in manufacturing logistics and material flow in multi-plant environments
- Knowledge of SAP WM/MM/PP
- Proven ability to design and standardize end-to-end processes
- Strong stakeholder management across operations, IT, and supply chain
- Analytical mindset with a focus on system-process alignment
- Comfortable working in a global, matrix organization
- Advanced English.
