About the role

  • Lead FSA contract renegotiation activities in the assigned region
  • Understand and leverage available analytics to drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with regional sales, operations, legal, and commercial teams to implement contractual changes with customers, including directly interfacing with customers when required
  • Identify and overcome obstacles to successful renegotiation
  • Prioritize activities based on likelihood of success and potential benefit
  • Obtain cross-functional buy-in and support as necessary
  • Create mutually beneficial outcomes for GEV and customers wherever possible.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (engineering, business, or equivalent) or equivalent significant professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial operations, sales, customer service, service operations, fleet performance management, or a similar function
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, high-visibility projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; data visualization tools such as Tableau)
  • Experience managing customer relationships, ideally including negotiation experience
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, wind products and services
