About the role
- Lead FSA contract renegotiation activities in the assigned region
- Understand and leverage available analytics to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with regional sales, operations, legal, and commercial teams to implement contractual changes with customers, including directly interfacing with customers when required
- Identify and overcome obstacles to successful renegotiation
- Prioritize activities based on likelihood of success and potential benefit
- Obtain cross-functional buy-in and support as necessary
- Create mutually beneficial outcomes for GEV and customers wherever possible.
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering, business, or equivalent) or equivalent significant professional experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial operations, sales, customer service, service operations, fleet performance management, or a similar function
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, high-visibility projects and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; data visualization tools such as Tableau)
- Experience managing customer relationships, ideally including negotiation experience
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, wind products and services
