About the role
- Drive Lean continuous improvement through successful & sustainable Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri improvement priorities and workshops.
- Cultivate a Lean culture: embedding core lean principles (eg. 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management) into daily operations.
- Ensure through training & coaching the effective application of lean tools.
- Deploy action plan to increase Lean maturity level of each region & Product delivery Group.
- Create & animate a Lean Champion community.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another technical discipline, or an MBA; equivalent knowledge or experience will also be considered.
- Extensive experience in Business Operations within a project-based environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed organizations and to lead and collaborate across cultures.
- Impactful, influential communicator with strong cross-cultural leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to “go to Genba” to gather firsthand insights and translate them into actionable process improvements.
