About the role
- Define the long-term strategic vision for ACS & Integrated Systems
- Own the global portfolio strategy, roadmap, and strategic market positioning
- Drive segment-based strategies (Data Centers, Grid Stability, TSO, DSO, Industrial Power) in collaboration with Regions and Functions
- Ensure the heritage of ACS remains a differentiator while expanding beyond AC into full electrical systems integration
- Act as the global owner of the ACIS solution architecture, technical standards, reference designs, and product configurations
- Provide end-to-end support to Regions in go-to-market strategy, bid support, and execution support
- Act as the primary transversal leader for ACIS across Group Functions
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in EPC, electrical systems integration, or energy infrastructure
- Proven senior leadership experience at the executive level
- Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Strong expertise in AC systems with exposure to DC, BESS, rotating machines, or grid stability systems
- Experience managing global portfolios or global solution offerings
- Ability to influence P&L owners without direct authority
- Fluent in English and French
