About the role
- Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function
- Interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes
- Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions
- Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration
- Influences programs to meet customer CTQs
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Operations, Program or Project Management, and/or Finance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required
