About the role
- Work with the CMO on the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of health and wellbeing programs
- Coordinate the wellbeing activities of all company stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across EHS and People functions, communicating effectively on health and wellbeing subjects
- Develop integrated program frameworks that address the interconnected nature of physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Oversee cost-benefit analyzes for health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring program investments deliver measurable value to both employees and the organization
- Develop and execute population health strategies that identify high-risk employee groups and implement targeted interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or Health System or Medical Services Administration, Public Health Administration, Occupational Health, Health and Wellbeing Promotion, or a related Health or Human Resources field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellbeing program management, with at least 5 years in a senior role responsible for program development and implementation.
