About the role

  • Lead strategy and execution for the global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Program
  • Assess current ABAC approach and develop multi-year roadmap including org design, technology and outsourcing
  • Serve as Company Risk Owner for ABAC including Conflicts of Interest, third party management and gifts/hospitality
  • Partner with DT, Commercial and Sourcing to embed automated third-party controls and workflows
  • Lead third-party due diligence and alert resolution processes
  • Manage global Conflicts of Interest policy, process and review team
  • Partner on external payment fraud investigations and remediation
  • Develop data-driven monitoring program, KPIs and KRIs with Compliance Data Analytics & Monitoring
  • Lead development of dashboards, metrics, analytics and reporting for governance
  • Establish governance, escalation criteria, risk measurements and program effectiveness metrics
  • Stay abreast of ABAC regulatory and enforcement developments and implement proactive measures
  • Partner with Compliance Training to develop ABAC training for higher-risk employees
  • Lead development and implementation of ABAC technology solutions
  • Manage external vendor/outsourcing relationships and industry benchmarking
  • Build COE capabilities, goals, accountability, staffing for centralized ABAC risk strategy
  • Lead, train and mentor a team of ABAC risk management professionals; create development pathways

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ABAC, third party risk management, compliance or fraud
  • Significant experience managing teams and enterprise-wide compliance programs
  • Experience managing regulatory issues and developing risk management approaches and governance
  • Deep domain knowledge (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, turnkey projects, third party risk management)
  • Proven experience partnering with compliance, legal, audit or similar organizations
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and ability to build enterprise-wide capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strategic vision and hands-on execution
  • Ability to manage multiple global workstreams and drive projects to conclusion
  • Relevant industry certifications desired (CFE, ACAMS)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Law degree desired
  • Applied risk management frameworks experience (e.g., COSO, ISO)
  • Strong understanding of third-party management lifecycle and associated risks
  • Pragmatic, action-oriented, process improvement orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid judgment, clear thinking, and leadership skills
