About the role

  • Lead design, implementation, and execution of ERM framework and methodology aligned with industry standards to identify, assess, monitor, and manage enterprise-wise risks
  • Lead key risk management initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and embed risk considerations into strategic and operational decision-making
  • Provide analytical support and insight in identifying and assessing controls, contribute to the development and enhancement, assist in process improvement initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations, and support the evaluation of management's self-monitoring programs
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of related policies and standard operating procedures for key components such as the risk register, issue management, and incident manager
  • Provide recommendations to Prime’s Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, and Strategy and Risk Committee of the Board
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of work experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Advance skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complex material into easy-to-understand presentations, effectively respond to questions, and engage a variety of audiences and leadership
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations with competing deadlines and goal. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization through trust, respect, and high integrity
  • Ability to display a practical orientation to problems and challenges, including identifying issues and priorities independently and devising and recommending solutions
  • Managed healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industry (preferred)
  • Experience with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and/or other Enterprise Risk Management frameworks (preferred)
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Professional or Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
