About the role
- In partnership with the HR Director, you will execute and own core People Operations with accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
- Independently own assigned HR processes from start to finish, with the HR Director as a thought partner and escalation point.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within People processes.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Director on priorities, decisions, and continuous improvement.
- Own recruiting logistics end to end, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
- Track open roles and follow up with stakeholders to drive timely hiring outcomes.
- Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across regions with accuracy and care.
- Coordinate background checks, I-9 compliance, and documentation with the PEO and global vendors, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records across BambooHR, the PEO platform, and electronic personnel files.
Requirements
- Foundational HR knowledge and understanding of core people processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience.
- Comfortable working independently while actively collaborating with leadership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at follow-through.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience working with a PEO a plus.
- HR Certification holder is preferred.
