People Operations

• In partnership with the HR Director, you will execute and own core People Operations with accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
• Independently own assigned HR processes from start to finish, with the HR Director as a thought partner and escalation point.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within People processes.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Director on priorities, decisions, and continuous improvement.
• Own recruiting logistics end to end, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
• Track open roles and follow up with stakeholders to drive timely hiring outcomes.
• Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across regions with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate background checks, I-9 compliance, and documentation with the PEO and global vendors, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records across BambooHR, the PEO platform, and electronic personnel files.

People Partner

Customer Support

• Support daily customer service operations by taking ownership of the open items, assigned tasks, coordinating coverage, workflows, and operational needs across U.S. and India business hours.
• Assist contact center agents requests for assistance and review of Sabre related issues and processes.
• Support the team with troubleshooting pre-booking errors and escalation of system errors to relevant teams.
• Monitor Jira Queues and resolve Customer Issues which require follow up.
• Contact Travel Suppliers to resolve Customer related issues.
• Support escalated customer issues by coordinating with appropriate teams and ensuring follow-through, without direct authority over team members.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support operational needs and service continuity.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
