Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted and agentic development adoption at team or company scale
Experience operating in a regulated compliance environment such as PCI DSS or SOC 2
Consumer-only product instincts are not enough
Strong front-end and customer-facing shopping experience is preferred
Comfortable owning product direction with Product Owners
