About the role
- Build Provider Success Foundation - establish clear onboarding processes that drive faster time-to-value for new providers and implement systematic provider health monitoring to reduce reactive support issues.
- Scale Operations - architect AI-powered, self-service onboarding modules for rapid provider activation and design the complete provider journey to ensure consistent 5-star experiences across both provider types.
- Drive Strategic Growth - serve as executive-level contact for key practices, offering actionable business and clinical insights while building analytics and feedback loops to identify growth opportunities for each practice.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives - collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to establish KPIs, reporting systems, and expansion initiatives including feature adoption and long-term value maximization.
Requirements
- Dental Industry Expert: You have 7+ years of experience working IN a dental practice as a Lead Hygienist, Office Manager, or Dentist/Practice Owner, giving you deep understanding of how practices actually operate.
- Tech Implementation Experience: You have a demonstrated track record implementing dental technology post-sale at a tech startup that sold into dental practices, understanding the unique challenges of this industry.
- AI-Native: You're obsessed with AI and experienced in leveraging modern AI tools - this is one of your passions/hobbies and you're a native user of cutting-edge AI technology.
- Impact-Driven: You have multiple examples of rolling up your sleeves to drive outsized measurable impact to your organization and thrive in organized chaos while constantly optimizing experiences with data-driven insights.
