• Ensure the supervision and coordination of daily operations to deliver safety, compliance, service quality, and operational performance
• Lead and support operational teams by ensuring adherence to Swissport procedures, airline requirements, and airport authority regulations, while optimizing the use of available resources
• Drive operational quality, support employee development, and implement actions that promote continuous improvement, ensuring Swissport's commitments to customers and business partners are consistently achieved
• Lead and coordinate daily air cargo operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time cargo handling
• Supervise, coach and support operational cargo teams, allocating resources in line with operational priorities
• Ensure compliance with Swissport procedures, customer requirements and aviation security regulations whilst maintaining high operational standards
• Act as the main operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring effective communication
• Drive operational performance through quality monitoring, continuous improvement and the development of team members
