• Manage, expand and maintain existing customer relationships domestically and internationally
• Identify and acquire new distribution partners and lead negotiations at an international level
• Responsible for sales, profitability and growth targets in defined market regions
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities early
• Support product launches, promotions and training activities
• Attend international trade shows and industry events
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Executive Management
