About the role
- Drive International Program implementation from end-to-end, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellent service across international insurance programs
- Coordinate crucial processes including Pre-Quote/Pre-Bind activities, service exceptions, and endorsement issuance between Producing Offices and Local Offices/Network Partners
- Prepare precise instructions for the International Program Service Unit, Credit Control, Reinsurance, and local offices in a timely manner
- Monitor performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, maintain service levels, and ensure operational excellence
- Maintain data integrity across systems and tools with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop expertise in processes, systems, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with Underwriters, Customer & Distribution Managers, support teams, and functional partners
- Provide technical guidance on international program processes, compliance requirements, and system usage
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders across the global network
- Support underwriting activities including preliminary deal analysis, program documentation, and policy issuance coordination
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance our operational capabilities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in International Insurance Program Business or relevant insurance/underwriting support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of Property, Casualty, FinPro, Energy or Real Estate lines of business (nice to have)
- Experience working in a global matrix organization (nice to have)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements (nice to have)
- Demonstrated adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new systems and processes (nice to have)
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with international teams (nice to have).
