About the role
- Responsibility for delivering the L&H Claims service in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets
- Conduct client visits to learn about customers claim handling practices
- Manage the disposition of claims on assigned accounts
- Assist in formulating, developing, and implementing account management strategies
- Proactively engage with and influence stakeholders across Swiss Re
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant Life & Health insurance or reinsurance Claims experience
- Good knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry
- Strong technical expertise in Life & Health claims
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Proven ability to collaborate
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Effective team player and self-starter
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese required, Mandarin considered an asset
