Plan and track maintenance delivery across the portfolio
Ensure operational reliability of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Drive technical and regulatory compliance by supporting Location Operations Managers
Manage high-risk work including shutdowns and business-critical interventions
Own asset and maintenance data governance in the IWMS/Asset & Maintenance Management platform
Coordinate building IoT/OT operations including BMS controls
Support digital monitoring initiatives that improve reliability
Provide operations expertise to projects throughout all phases
Maintain accurate system documentation including operating manuals and system logs
Lead incident troubleshooting with structured approaches

Requirements

8+ years in multi-site technical operations, facilities engineering, or building infrastructure management
Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure
Provider and contract management experience, including SLA/KPI-based performance governance
Strong discipline in documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness
Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment as a clear, pragmatic communicator
Fluent English (additional regional languages are a plus)
