Design and develop sophisticated AI solutions including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and other generative AI applications
Engineer and optimize prompts for various business use cases, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance of AI systems
Build end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring in production environments
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, A/B testing, and continuous integration/deployment for AI systems
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to insurance and reinsurance business problems
Build and foster relationships with business leaders and clients to understand their needs and become a trusted partner in AI innovation

Requirements

Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, engineering, or related quantitative field
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a corporate or production environment
Strong expertise in modern AI techniques: Prompt engineering and optimization for LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases and embedding models
Conceptual Knowhow of Fine-tuning and adaptation of foundation models, AI agents and orchestration frameworks
Proficiency in Python with strong software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD, code reviews)
Understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Weights & Biases, etc.)
SQL and data manipulation skills. PySpark is a plus.
Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Nice to have: Experience with Palantir ecosystem
Specific experience in the insurance industry
