About the role
- Leading and ensuring quality in audits by guiding the team on standards and testing methods.
- Supporting risk assessments (annual and ongoing).
- Managing stakeholder relationships within your area.
- Managing issue follow-up.
- Contributing your expertise to the GIA audit plan.
- Coaching and motivating audit team members.
- Assisting with recruitment and providing performance feedback as requested.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in assurance or a related function
- In-depth understanding of operations, compliance, and risk controls across functions
- Proven background in transformational processes/projects as auditor or manager
- Strong audit methodology knowledge
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Skilled at relationship-building within and beyond product teams
- University degree preferred
- CPA, CA, CIA, PROSCI, ITIL, or similar certification preferred
