About the role

  • Act as product owner for Origination reporting and analytics suite
  • Own the Origination analytics and reporting dashboards end-to-end
  • Define reporting frameworks and KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Act as Data Owner for Origination datasets
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, documentation, maintenance, and appropriate access control
  • Enable scalable, AI-ready reporting solutions and data foundations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in reporting or business intelligence
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data and reporting platforms (Power BI, Azure; Palantir is a plus)
  • SQL preferred
  • 1+ year of experience working with AI technologies (e.g., prompt engineering, agent design, AI-enabled reporting use cases, or RAG)
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, including data quality, data governance, and data ownership responsibilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages and Re/Insurance experience are assets
