Take end-to-end ownership of designing, deploying, operating, and continuously improving the performance and fault-tolerance of large-scale, multi-cloud solutions
Ensure system security, data integrity, and high availability across all logging and monitoring platforms
Develop and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to enable proactive issue detection and swift resolution
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to onboard services onto our platforms and consult on best SRE practices
Stay ahead of technology trends and evaluate new solutions that strengthen our observability ecosystem
Create and maintain technical support documentation, while providing hands-on troubleshooting when required

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes in hybrid cloud environments (Azure and on-prem)
Experience with open-source observability tools (e.g., LGTM stack , OpenTelemetry , distributed tracing)
Bonus: familiarity with Elasticsearch, K6, Faro
Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and system engineering in distributed, cloud-native solutions
Programming skills in Go (bonus if you know Python, Java, .NET, or Bash)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Enthusiasm for creating insightful Grafana dashboards
Excellent oral and written English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
