About the role
- Developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with international network partners.
- Expanding the international partner network by identifying new opportunities and onboarding new partners.
- Streamlining and standardizing processes with partners to ensure efficiency and alignment with standards.
- Ensuring effective coordination with partners and high service delivery standards.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across regions.
- Leading performance reviews of existing network partners.
- Providing expert advisory on international surety processes, regulatory considerations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education, preferably banking specialist, or bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or law; or equivalent job experience.
- +10 years of experience working with financial institutions, preferably in surety, trade finance, credit insurance, or international banking.
- Proven experience managing institutional relationships or partnerships.
- Solid understanding of cross-border guarantees, surety operations, or related risk transfer processes.
- Experience leading teams or overseeing operational functions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must.
- Knowledge of German is a key differentiator. Additional languages of relevant markets (especially Spanish and French) are a plus.
- Ability to make market presentations and good PowerPoint skills.
