About the role

  • Manage core portfolio comprising Single Fac risks via SwiftRe Platform and Fac Facilities via Fac Portal
  • Drive automation to support business growth and deliver differentiated experiences to our clients
  • Analyze data with keen attention to detail to inform decision-making
  • Oversee end-to-end processes including monitoring outstanding statements, managing cash flow, and creating client delight
  • Ensure data quality by confirming clients submit timely and quality data as per contractual agreements
  • Support clients in administering contracts and processing statements on the SwiftRe portal when needed
  • Coordinate technical and financial accounting issues across diverse market accounting teams
  • Provide administration support regarding tools, processes, and record management
  • Train clients regularly to update their knowledge on SwiftRe's accounting and payment processes
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional and Underwriting teams
  • Identify opportunities for simplification and support process improvements
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and reporting
  • Execute Operations strategy aligned with Data Quality, Governance, and Risk Management requirements
  • Support global automation and client differentiation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • 7-8 years of work experience, preferably working across diverse business functions
  • Strong analytical skills, including Advanced Excel (Macros, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills with proficient speaking knowledge of either French or Spanish
