About the role

  • Architect and implement analytics and data modeling solutions for SAP, Microsoft Azure Databricks and Palantir Landscape
  • Develop and enhance analytical applications and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (business analysts, product owners, architects) to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver end-to-end analytics products independently
  • Lead the development of prototypes and ensure timely delivery of production-ready solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
  • Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing large data solutions based on Embedded Analytics (CDS views, ABAP)
  • Proficiency in SAP tables/structures, ABAP Objects, REST APIs, OO ABAP and SQL
  • Understanding performance impact and resolving performance related issues
  • Proven track record across all phases of cloud application development: requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, maintenance, testing, and documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working in agile environments
