About the role

  • Support Underwriters in Trade Finance and Commodity Finance
  • Handle client/broker requests and inquiries
  • Administer contract/policy documents throughout their lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze and identify premium and fee discrepancies

Requirements

  • First experience in client servicing in finance area
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Trade Finance and/or intl. Guarantee business
  • Familiar with KYC, AML procedures
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
  • SWIFT knowledge is a plus
