About the role
- Lead the team responsible for Legal, Compliance and Group Management applications
- Architect technical solutions and manage application development
- Ensure alignment with company goals and technical direction of projects
- Guide and manage engineers, fostering team collaboration
- Act as liaison between engineering team and other teams
- Work hands-on and peer-review architecture
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
- Identify process improvement areas to enhance efficiency
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of team members
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native technical solutions
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Experience with Azure platform is a plus
- Deep knowledge in selecting, configuring, and integrating 3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound experience in creating applications with global regulations and data protection guidelines
- Detailed real-world experience with DevOps practices and agile methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience with building and implementing AI solutions is a plus
