Requirements
- University degree or equivalent HR background
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Solid experience in Slovakia Employee Relations
- Knowledge of local employment law
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a global matrix organization
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
