About the role
- Managing all internal and external/regulatory reporting, compliance, governance and analysis for P&C Reinsurance entity
- Collaborating with various managers to explain complex financial reporting
- Responsibility for recurring and ad hoc capital management requirements
- Onboarding new transactions and unique business
- Implementing future-ready processes and tools including AI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience
- An accounting designation (CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience in either the Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance sectors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Business sense and service mindset with a focus on execution
