About the role
- Overseeing and supporting operations at SRILIAC
- Performing reconciliations, monitoring trades, supervising cash management
- Assisting with new fund launches, managing databases
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with solid academic track record
- 1 - 2 years of capital markets industry experience with a background in Fund Middle Office or Fund Operations preferred
- Experience working in asset management, ILS, or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Python and SQL recommended
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting large data sets
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task
