About the role

  • Execute day-to-day Agile Project Management activities, supporting the team in meeting project milestones and objectives
  • Implement and manage the communications strategy across the programme, ensuring clear information flow between stakeholders
  • Collaborate with actuarial colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and align processes across the business while developing pragmatic solutions to complex business problems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Products, IT and other project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Support the Programme Management Office with coordination tasks, documentation, and reporting to ensure project transparency

Requirements

  • Graduate of Post-Graduate degree in Business with preference for quantitative discipline and desire to pursue Project Management qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and understanding of Azure DevOps, MS Project
  • Experience or interest in financial services or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Interest in learning about actuarial concepts and financial reporting
