About the role
- Execute day-to-day Agile Project Management activities, supporting the team in meeting project milestones and objectives
- Implement and manage the communications strategy across the programme, ensuring clear information flow between stakeholders
- Collaborate with actuarial colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and align processes across the business while developing pragmatic solutions to complex business problems
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Products, IT and other project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Support the Programme Management Office with coordination tasks, documentation, and reporting to ensure project transparency
Requirements
- Graduate of Post-Graduate degree in Business with preference for quantitative discipline and desire to pursue Project Management qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and understanding of Azure DevOps, MS Project
- Experience or interest in financial services or insurance industry
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Interest in learning about actuarial concepts and financial reporting
