About the role

  • Support the execution of global and regional commercial and marketing plans aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Assist the Global Marketing Manager and Vice President O&G,A with analysis, reporting, and insight to support commercial performance.
  • Provide commercial and marketing input to global tenders and proposals.
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing governance of the Commercial Best Practice Manual across the Group.
  • Gather, analyse, and maintain industry, market, and competitor intelligence.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the global CRM system and external suppliers.
  • Manage survey execution, analysis, and reporting of customer satisfaction insights.
  • Provide structured commercial support for global key accounts and support analytical projects.

Requirements

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience in commercial & marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Advanced IT literacy with ability to quickly adopt and manage multiple commercial systems.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, customer insight tools, or analytics systems (advantageous).
  • Understanding of marketing collateral development and brand governance.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (desirable, not essential).
