• The objective of this role is the development of revenue opportunities to meet sales targets for the territory of Labuan and/or Miri/ Bintulu.
• Responsible for the sales and margin for the assigned portfolio.
• Develop strategies to win new business or penetrate market/customers.
• Research market and provide sales forecast using sales pipeline data.
• Prepare and present to customers product and other service offerings.
• Enter, track and follow-up on all leads and opportunities using CRM.
• Establish and maintain good relations with all customers and achieve positive NPS from customers.

• Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing governance of the Commercial Best Practice Manual across the Group.
• Gather, analyse, and maintain industry, market, and competitor intelligence.
• Act as the single point of contact for the global CRM system and external suppliers.
• Manage survey execution, analysis, and reporting of customer satisfaction insights.
• Provide structured commercial support for global key accounts and support analytical projects.
