About the role
- The objective of this role is the development of revenue opportunities to meet sales targets for the territory of Labuan and/or Miri/ Bintulu.
- Responsible for the sales and margin for the assigned portfolio.
- Develop strategies to win new business or penetrate market/customers.
- Research market and provide sales forecast using sales pipeline data.
- Prepare and present to customers product and other service offerings.
- Enter, track and follow-up on all leads and opportunities using CRM.
- Establish and maintain good relations with all customers and achieve positive NPS from customers.
Requirements
- Business degree preferred
- Logistics/Finance diploma preferred
- Relevant marketing, business or communication qualifications essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- CRM Experience.
- Project Management Experience.
- Strong Administrative and Organisational Skills.
- High Level of Oral and Written communication skills.
- A capacity to confidently facilitate meetings and deliver presentations.
